Ashley - Owner & instructor

Ashley is the owner of Yoga 38.  Her journey with yoga began in college while struggling through running injuries and went to a yoga class to see if it may help.  She was hooked.

Ashley had dreamed of opening up a pop up fitness studio for years. She is so excited to be bringing yoga to her community.  After moving back to her home state of Colorado and completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training she knew there was no better time than now to kick of this new adventure.  She remembers how intimidating it can be walking through the doors of a studio for the first time not knowing what to expect. This is what inspired her to open a studio that was located where you already hang out.

Ashley is a 200 hr RYT and is currently working towards her 500 hr RYT and her 95 hr RCYT. She is a NASM Certified Personal trainer and in addition to yoga teaches indoor cycling and barre classes.

DREE - Instructor

Dree fell in love with yoga in college after graduating she traveled to Bali, Indonesia to complete her 200 hr. certification. Dree teaches fun and empowering vinyasa classes that will push you to become a stronger yoga, both mentally and physically. When Dree isn’t teaching yoga, she is taking as many classes as she can. She enjoys concerts and festivals, fishing , hiking, and scuba diving. Dree is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychotherapy in hopes of living out her dream of becoming a therapist. She is very excited to be teaching for Yoga38 and is honored to be here.

HEather - instructor

Heather was originally drawn to her mat for the physical benefits of the yoga practice, but she would soon discover a peaceful, almost magical, feeling and a mental shift by the end of each class. Trying to chase that amazing feeling, she quickly became addicted to her yoga practice. After working for many years to deepen her own personal practice, she eventually found her way through Yoga Teacher Training so she could share the experience with others. Heather loves playful, less common yoga poses, arm balances, and binds which she incorporates in her classes.

Kim - instructor

I found my yoga practice seven years ago when I hit a really rocky patch in my life. I wandered into my first yoga studio, hoping to find some clarity. Before long I was practicing six times a week, going through every training I could and spending all my time with my yoga community! After going through teacher training, I knew it was time for my lift to shift, which prompted my move to Colorado. I havebeen here three years now and will never look back! Outside of yoga, I love hiking, camping, backpacking, lifting weights, seeing live music and working as a Speech-Language Pathologist. I am so excited to be with Yoga 38 and promise to bring my students a lighthearted and joyful approach to the practice!

Krista - instructor

Krista initially started practicing yoga in 2010 to help relieve chronic neck pain. Over time she fell in love with the practice and benefits that reached well beyond the pain relief. After many years of practice, Krista completed her 200-hr teacher training in Colorado with the hopes of bringing some of the same benefits to her students. After being a student of Yoga 38 for the last couple of years, she is thrilled to now join the Yoga 38 instructor team.
